Messaging That Wins! Creating a Political Message that Voters will Remember

The National Women’s Political Caucus (NWPC) is offering a free training to individuals interested in running for political office. This training focuses on campaign messaging and is led by one of the top trainers.

Chloé Ray is proud to serve as the Secretary for NWPC. She’s a founding ambassador for the Missouri Women’s Political Caucus Ambassador Program and an NWPC Certified Trainer. She serves as the Missouri Women’s Political Caucus Vice President of Education and Training. Chloé connects candidates, staff, and volunteers with top-tier trainers to win races and make change.

Chloé launched her political career on Elad Gross’ campaign for Missouri Attorney General, climbing from Field Director to Director of Rural Outreach, hitting the road from her roots in Southeast Missouri to reach voters across the state. Today, she’s the Managing Partner of Sapphire Strategies, a progressive political firm.
