Overview
"Where the bayou breathes and the Southern culture moves freely" We're bringing the energy of Bourbon St. to Detroit for one night only!
Step into the shadows of the bayou this Halloween as Culture Wave Collective presents, Art After Dark: Lost in the Bayou — a culture‑infused night inspired by the Grammy‑nominated film, Sinners.
Art, cocktails, and Creole cuisine
- Try custom glow-in-the-dark body paint and interactive art moments, including painting your own pumpkin on the heated patio.
- Sip spooky crafted cocktails, including the signature Hand Grenade you can take home as a souvenir.
- Enjoy Creole cuisine that brings the bayou to life.
Costumes are encouraged. This is not another party. It’s an immersive celebration of Afro‑Creole culture, artistry, and mystery. A night of masks, music, magic, and movement… where the bayou breathes and the spirit of the South rises.
