Burn and Brine is back and much bigger than before!

Last years event at Phillies has been rolled out across the Southside to include another 5 venues this time round.

Across 3 days Phillies of Shawlands, Corona Bar, The Glad Cafe, Next Door, Lunar and Bossa will be slinging their own pickled and spiced food and drink specials, with pickleback specials across each venue courtesy of Evan Williams Bourbon and Mellow Corn Whiskey.

This years iteration will kick off on Friday 6th November, with Lunar hosting Condiment Man for a pop up kitchen through Friday and Saturday with events on Sunday 8th November including a pop up market at Phillies alongside a hot wings challenge later in the afternoon! Grab a score card and take a stroll down Pollokshaws road and pop in to each venue to sample their own house made hot sauce, rating each as you go to help us find the winner of our Hot Sauce Showdown!

Your ticket for the event gains you access to exclusive food and drink menus all weekend, with discounts on food and drink festival wide.

Pamphlets with menus and a full events breakdown will be available to pick up from each of the venues on the day!
