EMBODIED RELATIONAL LEADERSHIP — A ONE-DAY MEN'S EMBODIMENT WORKSHOP

What happens when the person you love triggers you?

Can you stay grounded when your partner is angry, emotional or distant — without shutting down, becoming defensive, over-explaining or losing yourself?

And can you stay connected to your own truth, desires and boundaries while remaining deeply connected to another?

In this one-day men's workshop, we'll explore relational leadership through embodiment, nervous-system regulation and authentic connection.

Together we'll work with:

• Groundedness and presence
• Emotional regulation and containment
• Understanding your relational triggers and reactive patterns
• Owning your truth, desires and boundaries
• Sexual shadow and self-abandonment
• Practices for building capacity to hold emotional and energetic charge
• Embodied leadership and containment in relationship
• Breathwork, movement, partner practices and men's work

This won't be a day of sitting around talking about embodiment.

You'll experience it.

You'll get a direct taste of what it feels like to be grounded, embodied and present — and how that changes the way you show up in intimacy, conflict, leadership and life.

For men who want to stop losing themselves when things get intense — and develop the capacity to stay present, clear and connected.
