Awaken the Wild Spirit of Nature - A 70s-inspired morning of cacao, nature & ecstatic dance
WHEN DID YOU LAST FEEL COMPLETELY WILD?
Not wild because you were running away.
Wild because you were fully alive.
Bare feet on the earth.
Sun on your skin.
The rhythm in your body.
The wildness in your spirit.
You don’t need to find your way back to nature.
You were never separate from it.
SUNWILD is an invitation to remember.
🌿 Gather beneath the trees.
🌊 Feel the ocean breeze.
🍫 Open with a cacao circle.
🌞 Awaken the body through movement.
🪩 Lose yourself in ecstatic dance.
🤎 Connect with yourself, nature and one another.
No choreography.
No performance.
No dance experience needed.
Just music, movement, nature and the freedom to feel fully alive.
🌼 COME WILD
This Halloween morning , channel your inner 70s free spirit.
Flowing fabrics. Flowers. Fringe. Crochet. Bell bottoms. Bare feet.

Agenda
CACAO CIRCLE
Gather in circle with a warm cup of cacao. Slow down, connect with yourself and the group, and set an intention for the journey ahead.
BREATHWORK
We will use conscious breath to quiet the mind, awaken the senses and create space for deeper presence, energy and connection.
ECSTATIC DANCE
We open the floor for ecstatic dance with live DJ (PhoeNiks) and music instruments, where you can move your body freely to let go, move, be wild. Let the music guide your body through a journey of movement and expression. No choreography, no judgement, no performance. Just you, the rhythm and the freedom to move as you feel.
