This is a special night, so we encourage moms and children to dress up and make it a memorable experience. Think emerald, gold, black, white, holiday glam, dresses, suits, dress pants, dress shirts, bows, sparkles, and your favorite festive accessories

Can I pay at the door?

No. Tickets must be purchased in advance.
Because the Emerald Ball includes catered food, drinks, crafts, and other special experiences, we need an accurate guest count in advance to make sure we have enough for every family.
There will be no door sales or walk-in admission.

Is the Emerald Ball only for mothers and daughters?

Accepted Answer

No! The Emerald Ball is designed for mothers and their children and is open to families of all kinds.
Moms may attend with daughters, sons, or multiple children. Additional guests may be added to your ticket as needed.

Can another adult attend with my child?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely! While the event is centered around the Mommy & Me experience, we understand that families come in many different forms. Grandmothers, aunties, guardians, and other special guests are welcome. WOMEN AND CHILDREN ONLY.
Please purchase the appropriate Additional Guest ticket.

Is parking available?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Complimentary parking is available at the South Houston Community Center.
Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. We recommend arriving early enough to allow time for parking, check-in, and our red carpet experience.

Do I need to bring my ticket?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Please have your Eventbrite ticket/QR code available on your phone when you arrive.
Guests who purchase directly through Mommie & Me Creative Club will also be added to our guest list for check-in.

Can I get a refund if I can't attend?

Accepted Answer

Tickets are non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend, please contact Mommie & Me Creative Club as soon as possible. Ticket transfers may be considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on availability and timing.

Do I have to purchase a ticket for my child?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The Mother + One Child ticket includes admission for one mother and one child.
Additional children or guests require an Additional Guest ticket.

Can I bring more than one child?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely! ?
Your Mother + One Child ticket covers one mother and one child. Each additional child requires an Additional Guest ticket.
For example:
Mom + 2 children = $25 + $5 additional guest during Early Bird pricing.

No worries! We understand that families sometimes run behind.
You may still check in after the event begins, but we strongly encourage arriving early so you don't miss the red carpet experience, photos, activities, and opening portions of the evening.
