She's bringing her industry experience—Industry Excellence Award Winner, 2026 Expo Speaker, Top Shelf 30 Under 30 Honoree, and back-to-back Stateline Shakeoff Champion—to an experience designed to excite, educate, and entertain every participant.

Throughout the class, Ava will share her story, the journey behind building Crave's bar program, and the techniques, tips, and tricks that have defined her award-winning approach to cocktails.

Then, you and a partner will take your own designated station, equipped with Crave-approved bar tools, and craft two Thanksgiving-inspired cocktails from start to finish.

Along the way, Ava will guide you through the ingredients, flavor profiles, proper measuring, balance, and cocktail construction. You'll learn not just how to make each drink, but why each ingredient and technique matters, giving you a deeper understanding of the art behind craft cocktails.
