We begin together.

A warm cup of cacao.
A moment to arrive.
To breathe.
To meet each other.
To feel the body and connect with what is already moving within us.

Through Kundalini, breath, meditation and voice, we move out of the thinking mind and create space to feel, express and listen to the body.

And from there, we dance. 🌊

Move wildly.
Move softly.
Close your eyes.
Meet someone.
Dance alone.
Dance together.
Lie down.
Breathe.

Everything is an invitation.

The music moves in waves — from spacious and grounding into playful, powerful and expansive — before slowly bringing us back towards stillness.

We close together, allowing the body to rest, receive and integrate before stepping back into the night.

Coming by yourself? Beautiful. Many people do.

This is a space to connect with yourself while sharing the experience with others. Follow your own rhythm. Take space when you want space. Meet others when connection naturally arises.
