Hokkaido Brewing Lounge is popping up every Monday at Room 148 with imported Japanese fruit beer from Hokkaido, paired with a pop-up omakase.
Sip fruit-forward ales like the Honey Apple Ale, brewed with Yoichi apple and honey, and the Peach White Ale, brewed with Yamanashi peach. Then pick your course. Every ticket includes drinks, and each step up adds more dishes, a Japanese cocktail and premium sake.
Not eating? Grab a drinks-only ticket for two beers, or a beer and a cocktail.
