A landmark experience uniting women, health providers, policymakers & businesses to advance menopause care across Nigeria and West Africa.
About the Experience
The Menopause West Africa Experience is a landmark platform bringing together women, healthcare providers, community leaders, corporate partners, policymakers and organisations to build a stronger, more coordinated support ecosystem for women navigating menopause and midlife.
Beyond the conversations, attendees can step into Pause & Flourish — an immersive midlife wellness lounge featuring curated experiences across beauty, movement, nutrition, intimate health, mind and mood, style, financial wellbeing, relationships and more.
Why This Matters
Menopause remains one of the least understood and least supported life stages for women in Nigeria and across Africa. Millions of women navigate this transition while contributing to their families, workplaces and communities, often without adequate information, support or access to care. Yet menopause can mark the beginning of another thirty to forty years of life, making it as much a longevity and economic issue as a health one.
What to Expect
MWA moves beyond awareness towards meaningful connection, practical support and lasting change — with expert conversations, credible health information, immersive wellness experiences, community, products and services, and opportunities to discover new ways to live, work and flourish through midlife.
Nigeria and West Africa are at a pivotal moment to build a stronger menopause support ecosystem. MWA brings the people, ideas and experiences together to help make that future possible.
