Beautiful Mongolia presents a captivating journey through the country’s musical and artistic traditions, featuring the Mongolian Grand Theatre of National Art. The programme brings together traditional Mongolian music, morin khuur, long-song singing, throat-singing-inspired heritage, vibrant traditional dances and opera.
Audiences will experience the grandeur of Mongolian orchestral music, the elegance and energy of traditional dance, and the distinctive sounds of the morin khuur and Mongolian vocal traditions. The programme also includes selected works from the European classical tradition and musical pieces representing Finland and other countries, creating a cultural bridge between Mongolia and its international friends.
