Feast on Beer Roasted Pork Knuckle accompanied by sauerkraut, double mustard potato salad, pork jus and spaetzle, alongside tender Beer Braised Wagyu Beef Cheek with potato mousseline and wild mushrooms. Explore a generous selection of grilled German sausages, from Bockwurst and Frankfurter Würstchen to Mettwurst, Nürnberger Rostbratwurst, Thüringer Rostbratwurst and Weisswurst, served with an assortment of mustards.
