Sculpt
A low impact, musically driven, dynamic workout that tones and builds core strength. Expect a blend of functional training movements (squats, lunges, presses) paired with smaller zone-focused repetitions for a total body burn.
Instructor: Rachel Stern
Rachel Stern, an instructor at KKSWEAT, has been teaching fitness in NYC for over 5 years. She's passionate about bringing people together through movement and music, and she brings her authentic energetic personality to every class she teaches. Rachel's love for music is evident in her playlists, and her classes are known for being high-energy from start to finish.
