Refund & Cancellation Policies

Full refunds are available for cancellations made 48+ hours before the event. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable for individually purchased tickets.

For groups of 5–10 guests, a minimum of 7 days' notice is required to receive a credit toward a future class or event.

We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a class or event due to unforeseen circumstances, inclement weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. If Cooking with Cass cancels or reschedules an event, guests will be contacted using the phone number or email provided at registration and offered an appropriate refund or credit.

While we are unable to offer credits, transfers, or refunds for last-minute illnesses, work conflicts, personal emergencies, or other circumstances beyond our control, guests are welcome to send someone in their place.
