🍒 Fruitful Pursuits: Cherry: a barrel-aged spontaneous kriek refermented on whole Okanagan sour cherries. World's Best Kriek, World Beer Awards 2025 & 2026.
🥃 Bière des Charentes: 24 months in Charente Cognac barrels. Bright brandy fruit and a saline edge, finishing with drying tannins.
