What is the price of peace?
What wounds have given you wisdom? If the world was listening, what would you want them to know? What would a life without limits look like?Sometimes the questions we carry deserve somewhere to land.Join The Monarch Movement for an intimate evening of poetry, journaling, storytelling, conversation and creative expression led by Phoenix Rhymes at Urban Artist Exchange.Poetry Night isn't a workshop. It's a work through. This is a space where you can put the polished version of yourself down for a few hours and simply show up.Write something new.Read something you've been holding onto.Share a journal entry.Perform a poem or spoken word piece.Join the conversation.Or simply sit, listen and take it all in.You do not have to consider yourself a poet or writer to belong in this room. There is no pressure to perform and no expectation that you share anything you aren't ready to share.
WHAT TO EXPECT
✍🏾 Guided writing and reflection prompts 🎤 Poetry and spoken word 📓 Journaling and creative writing 💬 Meaningful conversation ❤️ Storytelling and authentic expression 👂🏾 Space to listen and simply be present 🦋 Community, connection and reflection
EVENT DETAILS
Saturday, October 24, 2026 6:00 PM – 9:00 PMUrban Artist Exchange 1509 Clifford Brown Walk Wilmington, DE 19801Led by Phoenix Rhymes Presented by The Monarch MovementBring a journal or notebook if you'd like, bring something you've already written, or arrive with nothing but yourself.Come with a story.Come with a question.Come with something you're ready to release.Or just come.Your voice belongs in the room. 🦋
