Hyrox training at Powerhouse (choose your slot, 8 per session) 🔥💪🏼
3:00 PM – 5:00 PM: Contrast Therapy (Cold plunge + Sauna) session at The Ceremony (includes 1 protein smoothie) 🧘🏻♀️🧊
