In-Person Class: Classic French Macarons (NYC)

Join Chef Marco for a fun, hands-on baking experience where you'll learn how to make delicate French macarons from scratch. From whipping the meringue and mastering the perfect macaronage to piping, baking, preparing ganache, and assembling your finished treats, Chef Marco will guide you through each step while sharing tips to help you recreate these elegant cookies at home.

What You'll Make:

You'll prepare a batch of classic French macarons with delicious ganache filling. Along the way, you'll learn the essential techniques for creating smooth, delicate shells with crisp exteriors and chewy centers, as well as how to achieve consistent piping and even baking. You'll also explore the many possibilities for different colors, flavors, and fillings that make macarons so versatile and fun to create.

No experience necessary!

Our classes are designed to be fun, relaxed, and approachable for everyone. Whether you're making macarons for the first time or looking to refine your baking skills, your workstation will be fully prepared with all the ingredients and equipment you'll need—just bring your enthusiasm and enjoy the experience.

Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in.

You will be seated with your booking party and may work with other students in groups of 2–5 by sharing ingredients and equipment. Drinks will be available for purchase from the venue and are not included in the ticket price. Outside beverages are not permitted. Classes intended for 18+.
