Dine & Discovery: Mushroom Udon Soup with Chef Matt Jones

Join Chef Matt Jones in the Maker Kitchen for this vegetarian class celebrating mushrooms! We’ll be cooking up a mushroom udon soup with mushroom broth and garnishes, as well as some traditional udon add-ins like soy eggs. When he’s not teaching or supporting our Makers as ANC’s Kitchen and Facilities Coordinator, Chef Matt runs his own food truck, Fifth String Food Truck, serving up tasty handhelds and poutine.

Please be sure to wear comfortable clothes and close-toed shoes for working in the kitchen. Hair that is shoulder-length or longer needs to be tied back.

Parking is available in the lot on the east side of the center, as well as on the surrounding streets, Kalamazoo, Allen and Shepard.
