Pies & Sips: Cupcake Decorating

Come hang out for a cozy Pies & Sips cupcake decorating night at Rally Neighborhood Coffee Shop! 🥧

We’ll be turning four cupcakes into cute pie-inspired desserts using buttercream, fillings, piping bags, and simple decorating techniques. You’ll work with flavors inspired by sweet potato pie, apple pie, and blueberry pie, and I’ll walk everyone through the designs step by step.

No decorating experience is needed. This class is meant to be relaxed, social, and beginner-friendly — you don’t have to make everything perfect. Come with a friend, make it a date night, or come by yourself and enjoy doing something creative.

Each guest will receive 4 cupcakes to decorate, all decorating supplies, fillings, buttercream, and a take-home box.

I’ll also be providing red and white wine, and Rally will have water available. Guests will be able to purchase specialty drinks from the café separately, and we’ll have some tea and latte pairing suggestions that go well with the cupcake flavors.
