Anniversary Beer Dinner
Overview
We're marking the Taproom anniversary with our first ever beer dinner!
We've crafted a multi-course menu in honor of our eighth year serving beers in OTR. Chef Andrew will be cooking up a robust, seasonal dinner and each course will be expertly paired with one of our craft beers, including this year's anniversary release: Imperial Cherry Wheatopias. And because no anniversary party is complete without it, we'll cap the evening off with a pour of vintage Utopias.
This intimate dinner with 10 guests will include:
- Cherry Wheat Caramelized Onion Fonduta
- Arugula & Gigante Bean Salad
- Roasted Squash Puree
- Roasted Pork Medallions
- Chef's Anniversary Dessert
