Australia’s largest wellness festival is back to launch you right into summer!
Breathe Melbourne is a one day large scale wellness festival designed to bring people together through movement, recovery, music, and real human connection.
This is not a retreat. It’s not a class. It’s a full day experience built around feeling good in your body, clearing your head, and reconnecting with the people around you. A space to reset, recharge, and step out of the noise without switching off from life.
On Saturday December 12th, we will be launching you into summer!
On the day, expect:
• Large scale ice bath zones and expansive sauna setups, supported by experienced hot and cold immersion coaches
• Guided yoga, sound healing, and holistic wellness experiences throughout the day
• High energy movement sessions including fitness, HIIT, mobility, and community led activations
• Live DJs and immersive sound experiences across the festival
• Dedicated chill out and connection zones to pause, unwind, and meet like minded people
• Melbourne’s leading facilitators, combined with an outdoor experience zone packed with ice baths, saunas, music, and community activations
