Dave Coverly Author Event and FoDACC Fundraiser

Join us as we celebrate Dave Coverly's newest book, My Support Dog Ate My Comfort Food: A Collection of Canine Comics.

Dave will talk about his creative process and where his ideas come from, then take your questions and sign books. At the end of the event, we're raffling off 3 original signed panels, and one custom pet portrait!

This event supports the Friends of Detroit Animal Care and Control (FoDACC). An FoDACC representative will be on hand with adoptable dogs (weather permitting) and to tell you more about the great work they do for our community. They'll also be collecting donations onsite. Here's what they need most:

• Cat & Dog Food / Treats
• Blankets / Bath towels
• Cat Litter
• Cash!

**This event will be held in the event space at Urbanrest Brewing Company's taproom on Wolcott St.
