For over twelve years, our family has invited you to join us and gather around the tamale-making tables — a tradition our matriarch and daughter Milissa Silva began and we've proudly carried forward ever since.

These days, family co-owner/CEO Milissa Silva and her team lead the celebration, keeping the spirit of those tamaladas alive.

But make no mistake — this is not a cooking class. This is a tamalada, a true gathering hosted right in our restaurant, where you'll:

• Savor food and drinks — including traditional homemade buñuelos and ponche navideño
• Learn a little about us, our familia, and our traditions
• Get the tamales-making basics while you spread, fill, and roll alongside other friends!
• Take home at least one dozen tamales — with our pro tips on how to freeze them and cook them perfectly, just in time for the holidays

And sometimes, if we're lucky, our parents surprise us with a visit, sharing anecdotes that make the night even more special.
