Unwind with relaxing yoga moves followed by a soothing sound bath to melt your stress away.
Yoga & Japanese Sound Bath - Relax, Restore & Reconnect
Ready to slow down, breathe deeply and give yourself some much-needed you time?
Join us for a joyful and nourishing Yoga & Japanese Sound Bath Experience — an opportunity to gently move, deeply relax and reconnect with yourself.
We’ll begin with gentle, accessible yoga stretches to release tension from the body and create space to breathe. You’ll then be invited to settle in and enjoy the beautiful, soothing vibrations of centuries-old Japanese sound bowls, allowing the sounds to wash over you and create a deeply calming atmosphere.
Whether you’re completely new to yoga and sound baths or already have a regular practice, all levels are warmly welcome.
What to Expect
- Gentle yoga movement and stretching
