Building the Adaptive Workforce: How People Leaders Can Prepare Organizations for What Comes Next

For HR leaders, the challenge ahead is less about managing change and more about designing for change that’s never-ending. As AI has moved from an emerging technology to an embedded part of how companies operate, the skills that used to map cleanly onto job titles are shifting faster than most companies can track. Meanwhile, companies are being pushed to make faster decisions about where technology belongs, where human judgment matters, and how much change their workforce can absorb. For leaders, the challenge is to make sense of what’s shifting, decide what needs to evolve, and build a dynamic culture where people can anticipate the future. At our conference for leaders in HR and related fields, we’ll explore what it takes to build and support an adaptive workforce, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, learning and development, leadership training, and impactful employee benefits.
