Marketing's New Mandate: How Category Leaders Stay Relevant & Keep Growing

Relevance doesn't last on its own. Customers change, culture moves fast, and something that felt new last year can feel dated now. The brands that stay in the conversation keep finding new ways to show up. Some of that comes through products, some through experiences, partnerships and community, and some simply from surprising people.

This session brings together marketing leaders from a furniture retailer, a bakery-café brand, an investment firm, a housing company and a global food services provider. They work in very different businesses and at different levels of leadership. What they have in common is keeping a familiar brand interesting. They'll share the ideas that are working for them, the experiments that surprised them, and how they turn creative risks into results the business cares about.
