SINS AFTER DARK — ATTENDEE WAIVER, RELEASE OF LIABILITY & ELECTRONIC AGREEMENT

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. THIS AGREEMENT INCLUDES A RELEASE OF CERTAIN LEGAL CLAIMS.

1. AGE & VOLUNTARY ATTENDANCE
   I confirm that I am at least 21 years old and will present valid government-issued identification upon request. I voluntarily choose to attend this event and participate in its activities.
2. ACKNOWLEDGMENT & ASSUMPTION OF RISK
   I understand that attending a nightlife event involves risks, including crowded spaces, dancing, loud music, reduced lighting, slips and falls, contact with other attendees, illness, and loss or damage to personal belongings. These risks may result in injury, illness, property damage, or death. I knowingly and voluntarily assume these risks, subject to the limitations of this agreement and applicable law.
3. RELEASE OF LIABILITY
   For purposes of this agreement, “Released Parties” means Mary Sharp; the entities operating under the names FLWRGRLS and Blaz.ent; the owner and operator of ORA Detroit; participating event sponsors and vendors; and their respective officers, employees, agents, and volunteers acting in connection with the event.

To the fullest extent permitted by Michigan law, I release the Released Parties from claims for personal injury, illness, death, or property loss arising from my attendance or participation in this event, INCLUDING CLAIMS CAUSED BY A RELEASED PARTY’S ORDINARY NEGLIGENCE.

This release does not apply to gross negligence, willful or wanton misconduct, intentional misconduct, or any liability or rights that cannot legally be waived.

1. EVENT RULES & PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY
   I agree to follow applicable laws, venue rules, and reasonable instructions from event staff and security. I will not engage in harassment, violence, unauthorized sales or trades, or other unsafe conduct. I understand that staff may refuse admission or remove attendees for safety concerns or violations of these rules.

The event is for educational and entertainment purposes. Nothing is offered for sale or trade. Receiving any goodies does not require me to use or consume them. I am responsible for considering allergies, sensitivities, and other personal health concerns before voluntarily using anything I receive.

If I consume alcohol, I will do so lawfully and responsibly. I will not drive while impaired and will arrange safe transportation.

1. EMERGENCIES
   If I need assistance, I authorize event staff to contact emergency services. I understand that this does not guarantee medical care or require staff to provide treatment. Responsibility for medical expenses will be determined by applicable law and insurance coverage.
2. MICHIGAN LAW & SEVERABILITY
   Michigan law governs this agreement. If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain effective to the extent permitted by law.
3. ELECTRONIC ACCEPTANCE
   I have read and understand this agreement and voluntarily accept its terms. I understand that I am giving up certain legal rights, including the right to bring some claims based on ordinary negligence.

By entering my full name and selecting the required “I agree” checkbox, I intend to electronically sign this agreement. I consent to the use of electronic records and signatures for this agreement. My acceptance applies only to me; each additional attendee must separately accept the waiver.
