iLaCatrina® Comes to Cambridge with its Día de los Muertos Live Experience
The production brings together high fashion, music, and visual storytelling inspired by Mexican cultural heritage on Wednesday, October 28 at La Fábrica
CAMBRIDGE, Massachusetts, October 2026. iLaCatrina® will bring its Día de los Muertos Live Experience to La Fábrica Cambridge on Wednesday, October 28, 2026, presenting an immersive production that combines high fashion, music, and visual storytelling inspired by the cultural heritage of Mexico and one of its most internationally recognized traditions.
iLaCatrina® transforms the runway into a platform for cultural storytelling through handcrafted haute couture Catrinas inspired by Mexican history, art, symbolism, and living traditions. Each creation represents a distinct story and becomes part of a larger production supported by music and cinematic visual environments.
iLaCatrina® has presented productions in New York, Las Vegas, and Boston, including New York Fashion Week. Its return to Massachusetts brings the concept to La Fábrica, a Cambridge nightlife and entertainment destination, for an evening that connects Mexican heritage with contemporary runway production.
A NIGHT OF FASHION, CULTURE, AND ENTERTAINMENT
The experience begins as guests arrive with a red carpet, photography, and interviews led by Tim Estiloz, a television and digital media journalist, content creator, and two time Emmy Award winner. The reception will bring together guests, media, influencers, and members of the Boston and Cambridge fashion communities before the main runway presentation.
On the runway, iLaCatrina® creations will come to life through LED visuals, cultural storytelling, and music developed to accompany each stage of the production. The cast will include professional models, television personalities, and beauty queens holding national titles.
Following the runway presentation, the evening will continue within La Fábrica’s nightlife atmosphere.
Guests will also be able to enjoy special Día de los Muertos cocktails created for the occasion. Those who wish to begin the evening earlier may reserve dinner at La Fábrica before continuing with the runway presentation and entertainment.
DIFFERENT WAYS TO EXPERIENCE THE EVENING
The production will offer several attendance options, including dedicated runway seating, VIP booths near the bar, VIP cocktail tables, and general admission. The different options allow guests to experience the evening from different perspectives, whether focused on the runway presentation or enjoying the show alongside the social atmosphere of La Fábrica.
Tickets are on sale now.
