It's a relaxed, sociable evening for everyone in and around Bath's property world: agents, developers, solicitors, architects, surveyors, lenders and anyone who works alongside them. Come on your own or bring a colleague.

- The tour is on foot, on cobbles and uneven ground, so wear comfortable shoes and dress for the weather
