As Halloween approaches and the nights grow longer, we enter a season traditionally associated with mystery, reflection, and the unseen. Third Eye After Dark is an immersive evening designed to quiet the outside world and turn your awareness inward.

The Third Eye, or Ajna chakra, is associated with intuition, inner vision, perception, imagination, and our ability to see beyond our habitual patterns of thought.

Throughout the evening, we’ll explore practices intended to deepen your connection with your own inner knowing.

Come curious. Come open. Come willing to explore the space between what you think you know and what you feel you know.

Please bring a yoga mat and water, wear comfortable clothing, and bring a blanket or pillow if you would like additional comfort during meditation and the sound bath.
