Holosomatic Breathwork w/ Somatic Jules

Overview

Unlock what’s been holding you back. Experience the power of breath, music, sound, and movement in a group breathwork journey

Join us for a 2-hour journey of conscious breath, movement, and sound in community. This is your invitation to express, to be seen, to be heard, to release what you're ready to let go of, and to connect with the real you that lays beneath your racing thoughts, anxiety, fears, shame, and/or conditioning.

This is for you if:

  • You’re tired of carrying tension you can’t explain
  • You want to feel calm without needing substances or distractions
  • You’re ready to actually process instead of just cope
  • You’re done talking about it and ready to move it through

WHAT TO BRING:

  • Bolster and/or pillow
  • Extra blanket (optional)
  • Journal (recommended)

WHAT TO WEAR: Loose, comfortable clothing you can move and breathe freely in

Some participants may feel discomfort or anxiety during breathwork, particularly if they have a fear of losing control or consciousness. My role as your teacher is to guide and support you through these moments, helping you push through discomfort and embrace the process in a safe and nurturing environment.

If you have concerns about whether breathwork is right for you, I encourage you to reach out so we can discuss your needs and determine the best approach for your well-being.

PHOTOGRAPHY NOTICE: Photos will be taken for marketing purposes. Please let Juliana know if you would not like your photo shared.

ALLERGEN & SENSITIVITY NOTICE: Incense, sacred herbs, and essential oils may be used throughout the evening. If you have allergies, sensitivities, asthma, or fragrance-related concerns, please take this into consideration and feel free to reach out with any questions before attending.
