This month's sensory sound bath is happening in an inspiring environment amidst the serene atmosphere of Yuan Ru Art Center during the Living Roots exhibition.

Curated by Atelier by Priyanka and the Living Roots Collective, this is the first of an annual curation celebrating original, handmade visual art inspired by heritage, cultural stories, traditions, and artistic roots.

This aligns with my own October theme of Finding Authenticity, which will explore the ways we hide our true selves, thoughts, and feelings.

A mental stage of celebration is set as we're inherently surrounded by the authentic, creative expression of the artists' inner landscapes.

How can we, in turn, be inspired to find the grounding and confidence to guide us into living more authentically as we move through life connecting with others?

This month, in the serene atmosphere of gallery artworks, I invite you to spend an extended, two-hour guided, embodied experience with me.

Arrive extra early if you'd like to have more time to peruse the artworks, or join me as we spend the first few minutes of our session start time in self-led viewing and contemplation.

I'll sit down with all of you to engage in a brief journaling activity to set individual intentions for the session.

We'll also explore gentle movements to center ourselves in our bodies and prepare ourselves for the movement of energy that happens during a vibrational sound bath.

Each month's sensory sound bath features a unique theme and intention, offering a new chapter in your personal journey of reflection and renewal.

You'll hear and feel the soft sounds and deep vibrations of gentle gongs, bronze and crystal bowls, chimes, harmonizing vocals, and other instruments as they wash over your body, lulling your mind into a state of restorative meditation.

Feel your cares dissipate as your body releases built-up stress and tension and you melt away.
