Exploring Autumn's Magic: A Creative Workshop

Exploring Autumn's Magic: A Creative Workshop

Overview

Slow down, get creative, and embrace the beauty of autumn in a cozy workshop filled with reflection and connection.

When golden birch leaves dance in the air and the crisp breeze signals the slow arrival of winter’s cold and darkness, join us for a cozy, two-hour workshop to welcome the Finnish autumn.

We’ll slow down together, exploring gentle, reflective creative activities to help you embrace the season’s quiet beauty and reconnect with what brings you joy.

No art experience needed—just bring yourself and an open mind.

Perfect for anyone looking to pause, reflect, and find warmth in the transition to darker days. All materials provided. Tea and good vibes included!

About Giulia

Giulia Lepori is an Italian sociologist and facilitator of creative practices. She facilitates workshops with adults, adolescents, and children, creating spaces where the creative process becomes an opportunity for relationship, imagination, and shared presence.

In 2024, she brought her practice to Helsinki, collaborating with MIELI without Borders during the Mental Health Art Week. She has also taken part in the event in 2025 and 2026.

In Finland, she facilitates workshops for organizations and cultural associations—particularly those focused on well-being and mental health—as well as private events. In the winter of 2026, she collaborated with Miitti, proposing a five-meeting journey called “Creative Sunday for Wellbeing”, where she explored with participants various themes for well-being: Find Your Flow, Slow Down, Writing for Wellbeing, Nature as Nurture, and Creative Visions. In April 2026, she co-facilitated a workshop at the Ateneum Art Museum focused on the theme of belonging, using the participatory methodology Photovoice. At the end of August 2026, she facilitated a workshop at the Lapinlahden Lähde Film Festival exploring the themes of heritage and taboo.
