MAKE RECOVERY VISIBLE.

Join Recovery Project Montréal (RPM) at lululemon Sainte-Catherine on November 21 for an evening of movement, lived stories and connection.

Created by Shift & Play, RPM exists to make recovery more visible, more human and more connected across Montréal. This first edition brings us together to challenge stigma around addiction and recovery, hear real experiences and make support easier to find.

Your ticket includes

  • A workout led by Heidi Rubin, owner of Infinity Movement
  • Snacks and time to settle after movement
  • Honest storytelling and conversation about addiction and recovery
  • Time to connect with the community and explore support resources
  • Access to the attendee resource page, with community resources and partner offers and gifts

Who is this for?

You might be sober curious, in recovery, concerned about your own or someone else's substance use or addictive behaviours, or simply believe recovery deserves to be understood and supported out loud.
