Troquet on South X WunderHaus Chocolate --- Launch Party

This is a Launch Party for WunderHaus Premium American Chocolate. Troquet on South presents an exclusive three-course dinner with wine pairings, featuring WunderHaus chocolate.

Each ticket is $250, all-inclusive. Chef Aaron Lhamon has designed a 3-course dinner showcasing the exquisite chocolate. Each course is paired with wine.

• Appetizer: Beets & Apple Mille-feuille, with dark chocolate and crème fraîche. Paired with Dousset Chablis from France.
• Entrée: Stuffed Quail with pistachio & honey nougat enrobed in chocolate and chili, crispy purple rice, braised endive, red wine quince jus. Paired with Donum Pinot Noir Carneros from California.
• Dessert: Malted Espresso Chocolate Torte with maldon salt, cocoa nibs, whipped crème fraîche, chocolate crystals. Paired with Dow’s Late Bottle Port from Portugal

The fine print:
- These menus may slightly change on the day of the event based on the food we receive daily from our friends at the farm and the seaport.
- Guests may refund up to 7 days prior to the event.
- Guests arriving late may not be able to be served the courses that they’ve missed.
- Guests who do not consume alcohol will be provided with non-alcoholic pairings.
- There is no assigned seating, and there will be communal tables ranging from 6 guests to 10 guests.
