Join us for an evening south of Rome — where sun-baked hillsides, volcanic soil, and centuries of tradition shape some of Italy's most soulful wines. This October, we turn our attention to a different corner of Italy—Sicily—pairing a curated selection of regional wines with dishes inspired by the coastal and countryside kitchens of Southern Italy.

Celebrate the rustic, ingredient-driven spirit of the South — from handmade pastas to fresh seafood. Each course is thoughtfully paired to highlight what makes these wines, and this region, so distinct.
