Shovel Ready, Now What?

Shovel Ready, Now What?

Overview

Canada is facing a housing crisis. Projects are approved. Financing is in place. Shovels are ready. So why isn't housing being built?

Kehilla Affordable Housing presents Shovel Ready, Now What?, a panel discussion exploring the real barriers standing between approved housing projects and completed homes.

Moderated by John Tory, former Mayor of Toronto, this conversation will bring together prominent leaders from across the Canadian housing industry to share their insights on what is preventing shovel-ready projects from moving forward and what it will take to increase housing delivery across Canada.

Panelists:

Jacob Cohen, President, The Daniels Corporation
Scott Cryer, Chief Financial Officer, Medallion Corporation
Nick Macrae, President, Woodbourne Capital Management
