Join us for Yin, Return to Stillness, a deeply restorative evening designed to slow the body, quiet the mind, and create space for your nervous system to soften.
This class is an invitation to release the pressure of doing and return to the simplicity of breathing, feeling, listening, and receiving.
Please bring: a yoga mat, water, blanket, pillow, and any additional props that will help you feel comfortable. Wear loose, comfortable clothing.
No previous experience is necessary. Come exactly as you are.
