Join us for a hands-on baking class that's all about rolled cakes!
Zola Gregory, author of Sheet Cakes!, will explain the entire process, step-by-step, as you make her chocolate chiffon roll with mascarpone cream (spoiler: it's easier than it looks!).
While the cakes bake and cool, there will be time for a brief Q&A where Zola will answer all your sheet cake related questions.
After rolling the cakes with a lightly sweet mascarpone filling, each student will go home with a quarter of a cake, plus there will be extra samples for enjoying during class!
No refunds for this class, but you can give your ticket to a friend or family member if you cannot use it.
