Your chef will demonstrate how to mix and knead a classic pizza dough, sharing tips for developing the perfect texture and flavor. While your freshly made dough rests and rises, you'll use chef-prepared dough to stretch, top, and bake your own personal 8-inch artisan pizza during class—so everyone gets to enjoy a hot, freshly baked pie straight from the oven.

You'll also watch a demonstration of a simple, flavorful homemade pizza sauce before practicing your knife skills as you prepare your choice of fresh toppings (vegan cheese will be available upon request). Then, learn the secrets to stretching dough, assembling your pizza, and achieving a crisp, beautifully blistered crust.

At the end of class, you'll leave with your freshly baked 8-inch artisan pizza to enjoy, along with the dough you prepared to take home. Once it has had time to properly rise, you'll be able to recreate everything you've learned by making a second homemade pizza in your own kitchen.
