A space to reconnect with the parts of yourself that may have become buried beneath the work, the responsibilities, the expectations, and the identities you have learned to carry. There are parts of ourselves we lose touch with while building our lives.

WHAT TO BRING

Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. Bring a journal, water, and one meaningful object for the altar. Your object may represent something you are honoring, releasing, reclaiming, or inviting into your life. You will take it home with you at the end of the evening.
