The Connection Playground Workshop

The Connection Playground Workshop

Overview

A low-pressure workshop, built on movement and conversation, for people who want to rediscover their playful nature and connect with others.

This 90-minute workshop is a space where you can safely stop editing yourself, loosen up, and reconnect with your inner playfulness. Through movement and guided conversations, connecting with others starts to feel easy again.

What to expect
Simple playful movement to get out of your head and into the room. Structured prompts that start light, then go deeper. A welcoming group of people who showed up for the same reason you did.

Who it's for
Anyone craving more genuine connection and wanting to try something different, whether you're new in town, feeling a bit isolated, or just tired of surface-level socializing.

No experience needed
You don't have to be outgoing, you don't have to know how to move, and you don't have to share anything you don't want to share. Just bring your curiosity.

What to bring
Comfortable clothes you can move in, water, and a willingness to play.

Stay for something sweet

After the workshop, stick around to mingle and enjoy free cookie samples from Dani's Bakery, a new local bakery. Cookies and blueberry/carrot cake muffins will also be available to buy. Follow along on her Instagram: @danis_bakry
