Overview

Join United Cultural Association and Fidelis Care for a morning of health, education, and community, followed by a food giveaway.

In partnership with Fidelis Care, United Cultural Association is hosting a seminar on Understanding Blood Pressure and Cholesterol.

During the seminar, you will learn about common causes of high blood pressure (hypertension) and high cholesterol, the health risks associated with these conditions, and learn how to understand your medical check-up report.

You will also get tips on diet and lifestyle changes, the proper use of medications, and ways to self-monitor.

Finally, while supplies last, you will have the opportunity to pick up healthy foods to kick-start your journey towards better health.
