Something metaphoric is figurative or symbolic, in other words, it is a metaphor.
Your subconscious mind always communicates or expresses itself to you through metaphor. Through language, symbols, images, or color.
Examples of a metaphor:
"A voice smooth like silk"
"Life is a rollercoaster"
"He has a heart of gold"
The world is a stage"
What will happen in the group class:
In this group class, you will use metaphor associative cards and share with others using different exercise techniques to work on a subconscious level by extracting the thoughts & feelings you are experiencing. A inner exploration of the mind.
This will help you take a deeper dive inside your subconscious & bring awareness to the hidden aspects of your inner mind to guide you toward actions and resolutions.
Participate with others in a creative, fun, group setting to explore your life.
