Focaccia + Wine

Join us for a relaxed afternoon of fresh focaccia, Adruni wine, vineyard views, and a little creativity around the table.

We’ll welcome you to Adruni Vineyards with a glass of their inaugural sparkling wine release and sweeping views of Dry Creek Valley. From there, find your seat and settle in—this isn't your traditional cooking class.

Breanna of Riverbend Farm Stand will have the sourdough prepared and ready for you to get straight to the fun part. She’ll show you how to stretch and dimple your dough before you make your way through a beautiful, seasonal topping bar to create a focaccia entirely your own.

There’s no long sourdough lesson or pressure to get it perfect. Breanna will be alongside you to guide, answer questions, and handle the baking while you sip, create, and enjoy the afternoon.

Once the focaccia goes into the oven, we’ll gather back around the table for a taste of Adruni wines and light accompaniments while everything bakes.

And you won't leave empty-handed.

Your freshly baked focaccia is yours to take home, along with a Riverbend Farm Stand sourdough starter and care guide so you can try your hand at it again in your own kitchen.
