PMU Insecticide Selection for IPM 2026 Q4 (online course)

This online course gives you 1 Florida L&O CEU hour.

During this session, Dr. Adam Dale discusses the role of insecticides in an integrated pest management program for lawns and ornamental plants. We will learn about key pieces of information that every pesticide applicator should know about the products they are using. More specifically, by the end of this session, attendees should be more confident in interpreting an insecticide label, describing the relative risk of an insecticide, identifying how different insecticides work against target pests, and how to tailor insecticide selection and application to various pest management scenarios. We will discuss how truly understanding the pesticides you are using can lead to safer, more effective, and more efficient integrated pest management programs in lawn and ornamental systems.

If you are not in Florida, they can be watched for educational value, but CEUs are only available on Florida forms. Some states do accept CEUs on Florida forms, check with your state regulatory officials to confirm.
