AJ VIP Photography presents Family Harvest Fest — a fall family photo experience filled with portraits, booths, music, activities, vendors, and memories to take home.

GENERAL ADMISSION

• Event admission for every ticketed guest

• One quick professional family portrait setup and pose per family order

• One professional 4×6 print per family order

• One branded, social-ready digital family image per family order

• Salsa Photo Booth and 360 Booth access

• Standard fall-themed coloring activities

• Family-friendly best-dressed costume contest, kids’ dance contest or freeze dance, and small prizes

• Music, entertainment, vendor access, and Money Machine eligibility subject to event rules

The included event portrait is a quick setup and pose. It is separate from AJ VIP’s premium 15-minute portrait sessions.

VIP ADMISSION

VIP includes the General Admission experience, plus:

• An 8×10 print upgrade

• One personalized coloring page per VIP family, created from a portrait taken at the event

• Access to the VIP-only photo-frame decorating station

• VIP priority and giveaway perks

• Money Machine priority or entry benefit, subject to final event rules

Extra personalized coloring pages will be available on-site for $3 each or two for $5.

FAMILY ACTIVITIES AND COSTUMES

This is a family-friendly celebration. Costumes are welcome, but demonic, frightening, violent, or weapon-themed costumes are not permitted. Activities are designed to keep children engaged safely inside the studio; there will be no scavenger hunt or running activity.

CHECK-IN AND WRISTBANDS

Guests receive color-coded wristbands at check-in: orange for General Admission and gold for VIP. Every guest covered by a VIP order receives a gold wristband for access to VIP activities. Guests who decline promotional photo or video use will receive a discreet no-photo marker so staff can respect their choice.

VIP Admission: 1 person $50; family of 2 $55; family of 3 $60; family of 4 $65; family of 5 $70.

Each family-size option automatically issues the exact number of tickets shown. Every attendee must have a ticket.
