The Protect Your Light Workshop is a 3-hour Spiritual Hygiene immersive for Healers, designed to help you strengthen your spiritual foundation through cleansing, protection, and self-sovereignty practices rooted in ancestral and holistic traditions.

This hands-on experience will guide you through time-honored rituals and modern techniques that support clarity, balance, and divine alignment — empowering you to show up as your highest self in every healing space.

What You’ll Learn:

1. Honoring the Ancestors Learn how to cultivate a sacred relationship with your ancestors through offerings, prayer, and altar work. Discover how ancestral veneration anchors your spiritual journey, provides protection, and restores balance in your lineage.

2. Protecting Your Ori (Crown Chakra / Mind) Your Ori, the divine consciousness within, governs your destiny and spiritual direction. You’ll explore daily practices to protect and honor your Ori — from head coverings and affirmations to guided meditations and cleansing rituals — ensuring your Crown Chakra remains open, clear, and aligned with purpose.

3. Preparing Spiritual Baths Experience the ancient art of spiritual bathing. You’ll learn how to combine herbs, oils, salts, and intentions to create customized baths for cleansing, grounding, and renewal. Participants will prepare their own blend and learn the spiritual meaning behind each ingredient.

4. Candle Dressing and Preparation Discover the sacred practice of dressing candles for spiritual work. You’ll learn how to select candle colors, anoint with oils, add herbs, and set powerful intentions for healing, protection, and manifestation. This ritual technique amplifies your prayers and creates a direct channel for spiritual guidance.

5. Taking Spiritual Sovereignty Over Your Crown & Body Step into your divine authority as you reclaim ownership over your spiritual vessel. Through grounding exercises and energy alignment practices, you’ll learn how to shield yourself from external energies and maintain sovereignty over your mind, body, and spirit.

6. Speaking Spiritual Decrees for Protection Activate the power of your voice. You’ll be guided in crafting and speaking personal decrees and affirmations that call upon your ancestors, guides, and divine forces to strengthen your energetic field and protect your sacred space.

You are participating in this class offered by any of the instructors (or associates) at HEALING HANDS REIKI AND SPIRITUAL DEVELOPMENT INC., during which you will receive information about Spiritual cleansing and Protection. You accept the responsibility to assess the appropriateness of your participation throughout this class.

You understand including physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual) you bring to your experience, is central to how your experience unfolds, evolves, and is received and evaluated by you.

You assume full responsibility for any benefits, miracles, inspiration, vitality, and success, AS WELL AS, risks, injuries or challenges, known or unknown, which you might incur as a result of participating in this class. You also waive any claim/credit you may have against/for the instructor, his/her associates, or anyone you may assess as related to your experience with the practice/workshop/class, for these benefits, miracles, inspiration, vitality, and success, AS WELL AS, injury or challenges that you may sustain as a result of participating in the program.

You understand very clearly that the information presented in this class is not a substitute for medical or psychological diagnosis or treatment, and that the instructor will not diagnose conditions nor do they prescribe or perform medical treatment, prescribe substances, nor interfere with the treatment of a licensed medical professional. You understand that Reiki does not take the place of medical care. You understand that it is recommended that you see a licensed physician or licensed health care professional for any physical or psychological aliment you may have.

You understand that Reiki can complement any medical or psychological care you may be receiving. You also understand that Reiki is a form of non-invasive and non-manipulative touch. You understand that if you are uncomfortable in any way during your Reiki session you have the right to question your Reiki practitioner and/or request that the session be terminated. If you experience any pain or discomfort during the session, you will immediately inform your practitioner so that the pressure and/or touch may be adjusted to your level of comfort. Any illicit or sexually suggestive remarks or advances made by you will result in immediate termination of the session, and you will be liable for payment of the scheduled clas. You understand that comfortable clothing is required to wear at all times during your session. You affirm that you have stated all known medical conditions and answered all questions honestly. You agree to keep the Instructor updated as to any changes in your medical profile and understand that there shall be no liability on the Instructor part should you fail to do so.

You, your heirs or legal representatives, forever release, waive, and discharge the Instructor nd his/her associates for any benefits that may come from their skillful and benevolent presence OR any negligence or other acts. You have read the above release and waiver of liability and fully understand its contents. If you feel you do not understand its contents, you affirm that you have clarified any misunderstanding (with the Instructor/Practitioner) prior to signing this document. You accept and state that this waiver is applicable to any class you engage in with the instructors, at this location, from this day forward.

In the event of a dispute between the Operator and the Class Participant concerning the interpretation of any provision of this agreement, such matter or matters in dispute shall be finally settled:

a. by three arbitrators, one appointed by each Party, and the third, who shall be the chairman, selected by the two appointed arbitrators.

b. the language of the arbitration shall be English; and

c. the place of the arbitration shall be an agreed upon location other than “Ashtanga Yoga Atlanta”, 27 Waddell St NE, Suite A, Atlanta, GA 30307
