Monthly Movement Lab

Monthly Movement Lab

Overview

In this beginner-friendly class explore how your hips currently move and how breathing can influence the movement and tension you experience

Our hips do so much for us. They play a role in how we walk, squat, rotate, balance, and move through everyday life.

In this small group Movement Lab, we'll explore how your hips currently move and how breathing can influence the movement and tension you experience.

Through simple movement, breathing, observation and guided experimentation, you'll have opportunities to notice differences from side to side, explore where movement feels available or restricted and discover strategies that may help you move with greater awareness and confidence.

I’m keeping the number of participants low so that there will be room for questions and individual observation.

No prior experience or particular level of fitness or flexibility is required. Come curious about your body and ready to explore.
